About Funding for Home Repair
LakewoodAlive works with local partners to help Lakewood residents fund home repairs using grants, low-interest loans, and rebates.
We work hand-in-hand with the City of Lakewood to locate funds available through various home improvement programs to help fund qualifying home repairs. These programs are available to income qualified households. Additionally, LakewoodAlive has a strong partnership with First Federal Lakewood on the Pride Fund, which is a low-interest loan that can be used for most home repairs.
LakewoodAlive also contacts other nonprofits and lending agencies offering an array of programming. For more information please fill out our Housing Intake Form.
