2025 Light Up Lakewood Food Truck Application

Light Up Lakewood will take place on December 6, 2025 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm and is brought to you by LakewoodAlive. LakewoodAlive is a community centered non-profit that fosters and sustains vibrant neighborhoods. The community looks forward to Light Up Lakewood each December, drawing nearly 20,000 people to downtown. We look forward to your partnership!

Notice to all applicants:
– All applications are subject to approval from LakewoodAlive. Please note that even approved vendors may be asked to leave the event if their set up is deemed violent or inappropriate. We will get back to you with next steps and confirmation of participation.
– Light Up Lakewood is a rain or shine event. Please be prepared for either.
– If accepted, Food Truck vendor application fee’s are due by Friday, November 14. Please note that this is an application fee and not a participation fee.
– There will be no refunds once payment is processed as this serves for a fundraiser for LakewoodAlive.
