2026 LakewoodAlive Blossoms Program Application

We are pleased to announce the continuation of this very successful beautification service!  This program is designed to help our beloved Lakewood merchants by making their storefronts more attractive and inviting!

In partnership with Lakewood Garden Center, LakewoodAlive is able to provide professionally planted Earth Box planters with flowers appropriate for the sun/shade needs of your location.  These Earth Box planters have built-in water reservoirs that significantly reduce watering requirements.

We will continue to coordinate a volunteer watering crew to help care for your plants!  We do ask that you monitor your box and water them if they look dry in between volunteer visits!

LakewoodAlive’s Blossom Program includes:

• The delivery of a beautifully professionally planted Earth Box at your storefront in late May/early June.
• Weekly watering service by wonderful volunteers
• Convenient end of season pick up, cleaning and winter storage of the Earth Boxes

New Merchants: to the program: $215 per Box (includes planter box, stand and flowers/soil)
Returning Merchants: reduced cost of $80 per box
