LakewoodAlive
LakewoodAlive’s Accomplishments

How LakewoodAlive Serves
LakewoodAlive is a non-profit that acts as a Community Development Corporation and a separate entity from the City of Lakewood. We work very closely with our partners at the City of Lakewood and other local organizations to support Lakewood’s amazing small business community and its historic housing stock.
There are three focal points to what we do: Housing Outreach, Small Business Support, and Community Events. Through these three things, we can fulfill our mission of fostering and sustaining vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods in Lakewood. Our programs are geared towards Lakewood residents and business owners.

Check Out Our Events
Our Community Events are open to all, not just Lakewood residents! Many of our events are free to attend, and we host these events year after year to help build a sense of community here in Lakewood.
From our large-scale events like Light Up Lakewood and the Lakewood Summer Meltdown, to our Birdtown Picnic and Front Porch Concert Series, we love hosting events that give people something to look forward to and help build connections between neighbors near and far.
